  • After it, you will get the individual URL link with your quotation for the technical support for your products from service@acelab.eu.com
  • Press «Pay by credit card» button at the same URL address
  • The system will switch you to the authorized server where you can enter your credit card data and initiate credit card authorization
  • Click «Back to aceconsulting.eu.com» button
  • The system will inform you about the results of the authorization

If your authorization is confirmed, your order will be fulfilled automatically according to the conditions of your quotation.

If your authorization is denied, you can try to pay once again.

 

How to return my money if I made the payment incorrectly?

You can cancel your order and return your money within 3 days after you made the payment by credit card. The money is returned to the same credit card which was used to make the payment.

How will I get the Technical Support after I made a payment?

The Technical Support service becomes available for you the same day when our company receives your payment. Usually it takes 1-3 days.

You will receive the e-mail from service@acelab.eu.com about the activation of your Technical Support service. From that moment, you will have:

  • the latest software versions of your products for which you ordered the Technical Support in your personal update box
  • the opportunity to contact our technical support engineers at http://ts.acelaboratory.com/ using ts@acelab.eu.com e-mail, online chats, TeamViewer and phone support
