We (together with R.Lab company) organize the transfer for all comers to the seminar location by bus from Moscow. On the 15th of May at 9.30 am we are waiting all participants in the area near "Rizhskaya" metro station, in front of the "R.Lab" company office: 129110, Moscow, Naprudniy Pereulok, house 10, building 1. See below:

How to reach "Rizhskaya" metro station by foot:
After you exit the "Rizhskaya" metro hall, go straight (you will see Rostikcs on the left), after it go downstairs into the pedestrian subway. After you enter the subway go straight at the first crotch, and at the second crotch please turn right. In 50 meters from the left side you will see the exit. Going upstairs which is directed to the right, you will find yourself in the Gilyarovskogo Street, along which you go left if you face the road. Pass straight the crossroad with Tifonovskaya street and take the right turn (you will see NII Almazov on the right from you before the turn). In 100 meters you will see two yellow houses on the left. Our office is in the first house. If you go between the houses, you will see our black door.

By car from Sadovoe Ring:
Under Samotechnaya estakada you need to turn to Olympic Avenue, at the first traffic lights you go straight, at the second one (after "Olympic" sport complex) you need to turn right. At the next crossroad take the left turn, to the street Shepkina. Having passed 300 meters, on the right hand you will see a big school building, directly after it you turn right and find yourself in Naprudniy Pereulok. You will see two two-story buildings on the right. Our office is situated in the second one.

From Mira Avenue if you go from the Moscow Area:
At the end of Krestovskiy bridge you go to the Rizhskiy station square, then straight (under Rizhskaya estakada) and you find yourself in Gilyarovskogo street. On the crossroad with Tifonovskaya street you go straight and turn right into the first side street. Having passed 100 meters you will see two two-story buildings on the left. Our office is in the first of them.

From the inside side of the Third hoist ring:
Directly before the very beginning of Rizhskaya estakada take the right turn to Shepkina street. Go straight at the traffic lights, and immediately after crossing the road police line take the left turn. You will find yourself in Naprudniy Pereulok. There are two two-story buildings on the right. In the second one you will find our office.

From the outside side of the Third hoist ring:
At the third ring turn to Mira Avenue to the Moscow Area side. Before the Krestovskiy Bridge go to the right, passing Rizhskiy market. Then, turn left at the traffic lights, so turn around under the bridge, after it you will find yourself at the Rizhskiy station square. Move the same way as if you go from Mira Avenue from the Moscow Area side.

The seminar begins at 14.00 pm on the 15th of May (Thursday).

In the health centre all participants are accommodated in the main building. All rooms are twin. The living cost is 2500 Russian roubles (100$) (one day living + three meals a day, smorgasbord). The health centre administration will provide accounting documents on this payment (if you need them to prove travel allowances for your company accounting).

URGENT REQUEST: inform us about your decision to visit the conference and send your application to pc@acelab.ru before the 15th of April 2008.

MEAL: the living cost includes three meals a day, smorgasbord, the health centre staff assured us that it is very tasty and varied; so the fisrt day: lunch and dinner, the second day: breakfast and lunch. On the evening of the 16th of May all participants depart from the centre at 17 pm (the conference ends at 16.00 pm).
